The air filter (2) is disposed of together with the protective suit (1) as a single piece, whereby the risk of contamination is reduced. The entire logistics of providing and pulling in and out is simplified. The protective suit (1) is a full protective suit for fully covering a human or a partial protective suit for partially covering a human body such as a hood.
Technical area The invention relates to a protective suit for the protection of people in a health hazard such. a nuclear, biological or chemical contaminated area. It relates in particular to such a protective suit with an air filter. State of the art In order to allow work in a hazardous area, protective suits are used, which enclose the entire body and having air filters that retain particles / aerosols from the outside air. The air flow through the air filter is at least limited. In order to facilitate a normal or easier breathing in the suit, the suit then has a fan on the air filter. The air filter is attached as a separate part via a connection on the suit, for example by a screw cap, and removed after use again. It is then disposed of or recycled. The air filters themselves are known per se. In particular, filters for the retention of particles / aerosols of various sizes are known. For this purpose, so-called nanofilters known with pore sizes in the sub-micrometer range are known. Such filters are disclosed, for example, in WO 2009/014 539. The filters are made of long fibers of micron or sub-micron thickness, the fibers being superimposed on each other by means of a nonwoven backing. The result is a flat filter with such pore sizes and at the same time an air flow, which is sufficient due to the very thin fibers for a filter function. Such nonwovens can also be found in the «Newsletter TRANSFER», 2-2010 of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Life Science and Facility Management (www.lsfm.zhaw.ch) or in J. Aerosol Sei. 2007, 38, 550 or in J. Adv. Mater. 2002, 34, 44. Description of the invention The invention disclosed herein is an object of the invention to provide a protective suit for people, which is easy and fast to provide for an insert and put on and simplified by the logistics of attracting and disposing of the protective material compared to the prior art is. This object is achieved by a protective suit according to claim 1. The claimed protective suit according to the invention for completely or partially covering a person has an air filter, the air filter being attached to the protective suit in airtight and non-detachable manner. The inventive protective suit allows easy deployment and a quick on and off of the suit as the only part to which an air filter is already fixed airtight. The filters do not have to be provided separately. The suit only has to be closed with suitable closures on the suit. Possible errors when mounting a separate air filter are avoided. A worker is thus ready for a deployment faster. When removing, no air filter must be removed separately and disposed of or treated. The air filter is disposed of together with the suit as a single piece, reducing the risk of contamination is reduced. The entire logistics of providing and pulling in and out is simplified. The protective suit according to the invention is a full protective suit for the entire covering of a human or a partial protective suit for only partially covering a human. A partial protective suit is for example for the protection of the upper body or a hood for covering the head. In one embodiment of the invention, a protective suit on an air filter, which is welded airtight on the suit at an opening in the suit material. In one embodiment of the invention, the air filter is welded to a textile part of the protective suit around an opening in the textile part of the protective suit. In a further embodiment of the invention, the air filter is arranged on a protective mask or in a hood integrated face mask, wherein it is welded to an opening in the face mask. In one embodiment of the invention, the air filter comprises at least one air filter element comprising a fleece of fibers with a fiber diameter in the sub-micron range. In a further embodiment of the invention, the air filter in addition to the air filter element also has a carbon filter. In a further embodiment of the invention, in addition to the air filter element, the air filter also has a carbon filter with a solid three-dimensional structure, e.g. in the form of glued balls or in the form of a honeycomb monolith. In a further embodiment of the invention, the air filter in addition to the air filter element also has a carbon filter with carbon, which have or are impregnated catalytically active surfaces. By means of such coals, selected gases are either decomposed or adsorbed. In one embodiment of the invention, the air filter is attached by means of two mounting rings on both sides of the filter and by welding the suit. For this purpose, the fleece surface of the air filter between the two mounting rings is arranged. In one embodiment, a first fastening ring is arranged outside the suit, wherein a second fastening ring is disposed within the suit. The air filter with or without carbon filter is located either inside or outside the suit. The mounting rings are airtight connected to the suit material or the air filter element by means of welding. In one embodiment of the invention, the air filter on a dirt cover. For this purpose, the dirt cover is arranged as filter protection between the air filter element, with or without carbon filter, and a fixing ring. The dirt cover is airtight connected to the mounting ring and with the filter element. In a further embodiment of the invention, the welded air filter is also attached by means of positioning and retaining bolts to a solid body within the protective suit. In this case, an O-ring is arranged between the fixed body and a fastening ring. In a particular embodiment, the openings for such retaining bolts are made by ultrasound through the filter material and the mounting rings, which ensures an airtight transition between retaining bolts and the enclosing material. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the solid body is the housing of a blower or other device, such as a respirator or a mask. Further advantages of the invention follow from the dependent claims and from the following description in which the invention with reference to an exemplary embodiment illustrated in the schematic drawings is explained in more detail. FIG. 8 shows in detail the section of the air filter according to FIG. 7, in particular its fastening by means of holding and positioning bolts. In the figures, the same reference numerals have been used for the same elements and first explanations concern all figures, if not expressly stated otherwise. Embodiments of the invention FIG. 1 shows a section of a protective suit according to the invention for completely or partially covering a person and for use as protection in a health-endangering area. The suit covers the suit's wearer in whole or in part, for example as a hood, whereby the user inhales air from the environment via an air filter that retains particles / aerosols in the air. The figure shows in particular a section of the suit material 1, in which an air filter 2 is attached airtight and as such is an integral part of the suit. The suit material 1 is, for example, a thermoplastic material to which the air filter 2 is attached by means of thermal welding or ultrasonic welding. In order to be able to carry out such welding uniformly over the circumference of the filter and in a controlled manner, a ring 3 made of a solid material, for example plastic, is arranged on the circumference of the filter 2. In the shown view of the suit with air filter, an outer element of the air filter 2 is visible from the filter. This is in the example shown a filter protection 4, to protect against damage. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the inventive protective suit 1, which has a cover 6 over the integrated air filter, which is open at its lower end. This cover serves to protect against mechanical damage to the filter during tightening and working in the suit. The air passes through the open part of the cover to the filter and inside the suit. 3a, b and 4a, b show two different versions of the integrated air filter 2. They differ in the construction of the actual air filter elements. However, the structure of the attachment is the same for both variants. Both variants of the filter 2 are attached airtight by welding the suit material. For this purpose, two mounting rings 3 and 3. A first ring 3 is on the outside, i. outside the protective suit 1 and on the side facing away from the suit material of the filter 2. A second ring 3 is on the inside of the filter 2, i. the suit material facing side on. In addition, the further ring 3 is attached to the inside of the suit 1 airtight. These rings 3, 3 serve to provide a solid support for welding, so that a uniform connection can be performed controlled. For welding, for example, thermal welding is suitable, provided that the two parts to be welded are made of the same material. In addition, ultrasonic welding is also suitable for this connection. The first variant of the air filter shown in Fig. 3a, b has only one air filter element 7. This air filter element 7 consists for example of a fleece of fibers, for example polyester fibers, whose fiber thickness is in a range of less than 1 micrometer, for example of the order of 100 micrometers. Such fibers are also referred to as nanofibers. Such a nonwoven has for use in a protective suit sufficient air permeability, ie, a sufficiently low flow resistance and a sufficient retention characteristic. As a result of electrostatic properties and quantum-mechanical effects, such a nanofiber retains particles / aerosols of sizes in the submicrometer range of 100 nm, 10 nm and up to 1 nm. The variant of the air filter shown in Fig. 4a, b, in addition to the air filter element 7 with nanofibers a carbon filter 8. Such an air filter thus not only retains particles / aerosols including harmful particles / aerosols but also chemical substances. Over the air filter element 7, for example, a filter protection 4 as shown in Fig. 1 is arranged in both variants. This is arranged between the filter element 7 and the carbon filter 10 and the outer mounting ring 3. The first variant of the integrated air filter according to FIG. 3a, b, the outer, first ring 3 is attached to the air filter element 7 with protective filter 4 by means of welding. The air filter element 7 is on its inside, the suit 1 side facing, attached to the suit material in turn airtight by welding. On the inside of the suit 1, the second, inner fastening ring 3 is airtight welded to the suit material 1. In the variant according to FIG. 4a, b, the fastening ring 3 is fastened on the air filter elements 7 with protective filter 4 and carbon filter 8. For example, the mounting ring 3 is in turn attached to the protective filter 4 as the outermost element. The protective filter 4 is welded on its inside with the carbon filter 8. The carbon filter 8 is placed only on the nano-nonwoven fabric 7. When pressed by the welding of the ring 3 to the protective filter 4 carbon filter and nano nonwoven fabric 7 are compressed air-tight. The filter element 7 is again welded to the suit material as in FIGS. 3 a, b, wherein the inner ring 3 is welded to the inside of the suit with this. In the examples shown in Fig. 3a, b and 4a, b, the stack of rings 3 and 3 with the filter element 7 disposed therebetween is fixed by means of the holding and positioning bolts 5 on the housing 9 of a blower. At the fan 9, a sealing plate 8 is arranged at the inlet opening. The air filter with its mentioned elements may, instead of being attached to a blower, also be attached to any fixed element within the suit or suit, such as the housing of a meter. However, it is also an embodiment of the invention without such holding and positioning bolts conceivable, wherein the filter is welded by means of the mounting rings only on suit material 1. Both variants of the filter 2 of FIGS. 3a, b and 4a, b have over the integrated air filter 2, a cover 6 to protect the filter from bumps, punctures or other mechanical damage. Fig. 5 shows an exploded view of the structure of the attachment of a filter of the variant of Fig. 3a, b on the housing of a blower 9, which is arranged in the interior of the suit. There, the outer mounting ring 3 and the inner mounting ring 3 are shown, between which the filter protection 4 and the filter element 7, the nano-mat are arranged. In the mounting rings 3, 3, the filter protection 4 and the nano nonwoven fabric 7 each openings 11 are made through which the holding and positioning bolts 5 can be guided and fixed in the housing 9 of the blower. These openings 11 are realized for example by means of ultrasound, whereby extremely precise openings can be made, at which fraying of the surrounding material can be minimized. These precise openings ensure that the transition between pin 5 and the surrounding material is airtight. Fig. 6-8 show in a side view the attachment of the filter 2 with mounting rings by means of bolts 5 on the housing of the blower 9. The blower ensures easier breathing for the user of the suit. Fan side is arranged to ensure an airtight connection to the retaining bolt 5 between the mounting ring 3 and the fan housing 9, an O-ring.
